In April 2023, we broke ground for the 14,000 square foot Chabad Center for Jewish Life and Learning! Elected officials, donors and over 300 members of the community gathered to celebrate this historic milestone.

Construction Begins

The land was cleared, and a large and deep cavity was dug at the footprint of the building for soil compaction. This ensures a very strong and stable base to build the edifice that will stand strong for generations to come!
Storm Tech System Installation
June 2023
Water is a blessing, and we have much of this blessing, especially during the summer months. Water also needs a place to run off, and to this end, a large underground water retention system was installed.
Foundation Pour
20 Cement Trucks on the job!
On August 14th, 20 cement trucks pulled into the site at 4:30am, and began pouring the foundation! For the Chabad Center of Jewish Life to stand tall for generations, the foundation needs to be strong- both literally and figuratively!
